The goal of Benford International School is to provide a safe learning environment that fosters the total development of every child who have challenges or disabilities that interfere with learning. We (SEN), provide support that’s not normally provided in general education programs from ages 3 – 14 years of age.
We tailor learning to address each child’s unique combination of needs. Adaptations are made to allow kids to meet age-appropriate educational goals.
We offer a wide range of approaches and services.
Which include smaller classes, individualized learning, one-on-one support, self-contained classrooms, resource rooms, and learning aids, Classroom monitoring and observation, Speech and Physical Therapy etc.

ADHD-Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a group of behaviours that affect a person’s ability to concentrate and control impulsivity.
Autism spectrum Disorder- a developmental difficulty which causes people to lack interest in others, not develop social communication and interaction skills which can result in a child become isolated.
Speech and language – the ability to use and understand language and all forms of communication.
Dyscalculia – Dyscalculia is a specific learning difficulty which causes a child or young person to have difficulties developing mathematical skills and understanding.
Dyslexia – Dyslexia is a specific learning difficulty which can make it difficult to understand words and language
Common features of Dyslexia are:
• Confusing letters like b and d, either in reading or writing
• Missing letters out when trying to spell a word
• Reading very slowly and hesitantly and lacking fluency.
• Leaving out whole sections of text when reading, or re-reading the same section.
• Putting letters and figures the wrong way round;
• Poor organisation skills and time management skills;
• Poor memory and concentration
Down syndrome
is that a person can display characteristic physical features and has learning difficulties to some extent. ETC.
